The Community Club de Golf
Santa Anita is one of its kind. Situated in the
outskirts of Guadalajara, next to the mountains,
this is an extremely popular place for people
from all over the world, because of the unique
concept of living it offers. You live in Guadalajara,
but far enough from traffic and city centers to
feel like you are always on vacation.
Santa Anita is a calm and very safe place surrounded
by nature and mountains. A prestigious golf-course
of 18 holes runs through the whole community,
with lakes and huge trees, and outstanding sceneries.
Santa Anita has a strong ecological focus. There
is a maximum limit of land that can be occupied
by properties, which also makes it more pleasant
for living. The Community has its own pond, so
the residents have access to purified tub-water.
Amongst other parts of the ecological policy are
reforestation and cleaning programs.
Then you have the Club; one platform and 3 greens
for golf-practice, 8 tennis-courts, volley-ball
court, new large gym with view over the swimming-pool
and surroundings. Large remodeled salt-water swimming
pool. Next to the pool you have a snack-bar and
“La Palapa” which is a terrace with
sunroof made out of palm-leaves, where you can
have your meals and drinks served.
The Club-house has 2 restaurants, both with views
over the golf-course and the mountains. In the
club-house you also have dressing-rooms with vapor-rooms,
sauna, Jacuzzi, resting-rooms, showers. You can
also order a massage or a haircut. There are also
working-out classes available to everyone, such
as aerobics, jazz-dance, kick-boxing, tae kwon
do. Or, if you prefer something calmer: painting-classes. |
