Campeche Playa Golf Marina & Spa Resort on Yucatan Peninsula

On the west side of the famous Cancun Peninsula we find this prime beach location. Well sheltered from extreme weather situations that sometimes occur outside the peninsula, the beaches of this resort constitute the dream of the Caribbean; turquoise and transparent water, blending white sand and palm-trees as for as your eyes can see.

This is an excellent destination for golf enthusiasts; the golf course is designed by Jack Nicklaus with the maximum signature category adapted to the native vegetation of the zone and with a golf club that has its own parking, restaurants, events rooms, gym, dressing rooms, tennis courts, etc. The Marina of the resort will have capacity for 150 mooring slots and a top-class Yacht Club.

The residential complexes constitute of a great number of Beach Houses with direct beach access.  They face two directions in order to offer magnificent views not only to the Mexican Golf and the Marina, but also to the golf-course, the jungle and the lagoons.  All residences are constructed with the highest quality materials and perfectly surrounded by water and green areas.

Unit # 1 has 5 stories and is parallel to the beach. Unit # 2 has 4 stories and is closer to the beach. In front of the beach, you have 8 Beach Houses, each with 91 residences: 27 with 3 bedrooms and 64 with 2 bedrooms. The 2 bedroom units have 102-146 m2 (1,098-1,572 Sq.feet) and the 3 bedroom units have 127 m2- 226 m2 for the the Penthouse (1,367-2,433 Sq.feet).

The State of Campeche was one of the most important sites of the ancient Maya culture and today, it displays numerous archaeological ruins in perfect state of preservation. Some of these sites have been declared World Heritage, for instance the archaeological ruins of Calakmul and the Historic Fortified City of Campeche, capital of the State.
